KX3 Basketball League is Kenya's premier 3x3 basketball platform dedicated to developing talent, promoting competitive basketball, and creating an exciting entertainment experience.

Our mission is to provide a safe, fair, professional, and competitive environment where athletes can showcase their abilities.

Participation is open to eligible players regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, or background.

Players must:

• Register through the official KX3 platform.
• Submit accurate personal information.
• Meet any age requirements for their division.
• Accept all league rules.
• Maintain good sporting conduct.

KX3 reserves the right to verify player identity.

Registration is considered complete only after:

• Submission of all required information.
• Acceptance by KX3 Management.
• Payment of any applicable registration fees.
• Approval by the League Office.

Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee participation.

All participants must respect opponents, referees, league officials, spectators, sponsors, and venues.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Fighting
• Violence
• Harassment
• Racism
• Tribal discrimination
• Sexual harassment
• Bullying
• Match fixing
• Gambling on KX3 games
• Drug abuse
• Alcohol abuse during league activities
• Property destruction

KX3 promotes integrity, sportsmanship, respect, equal opportunity, and honest competition.

Any attempt to gain unfair advantage may result in disciplinary action.

Each team shall:

• Appoint one official team manager.
• Maintain an updated roster.
• Ensure players are eligible.
• Arrive on time.
• Wear approved uniforms.
• Follow league schedules.

Teams are responsible for the behaviour of their players and supporters.

Games shall be played according to official KX3 Competition Rules.

League Management reserves the right to modify competition formats where necessary.

Referee decisions during play are final unless provided otherwise by league regulations.

Every participant plays at their own risk.

KX3 encourages all players to be medically fit, warm up properly, follow medical advice, and report injuries immediately.

Emergency medical assistance may be provided where available.

Participants grant KX3 permission to:

• Photograph players
• Record matches
• Livestream games
• Produce promotional content
• Publish interviews
• Use images on social media
• Use images for sponsorship campaigns

No compensation shall be payable for such usage.

KX3 owns all branding associated with the league logo, league name, match branding, tournament branding, and promotional materials.

Teams may not use KX3 branding without written permission.

All KX3 logos, graphics, videos, documents, publications, trademarks, and digital content remain the exclusive property of KX3 Basketball League.

Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Any registration fees, fines, or league payments are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by KX3 Management.

KX3 reserves the right to issue warnings, suspend players, suspend teams, impose fines, deduct points, cancel registrations, and expel participants.

Serious misconduct may result in permanent exclusion.

KX3 collects personal information solely for league administration. Information may be used for registration, fixture management, statistics, rankings, communication, and player identification.

KX3 will not sell personal information without consent except where required by law.

KX3 shall not be liable for cancellations caused by extreme weather, government directives, civil unrest, pandemics, natural disasters, venue closures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

KX3 may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated versions become effective once published through official KX3 communication channels.

KX3 shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury (except where required by law)
• Loss of personal property
• Theft
• Equipment damage
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from participation.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

Any disputes shall first be referred to the KX3 Disciplinary Committee. If unresolved, they may be handled through mediation or the competent courts in Kenya.
